Cancellations

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.

Late Arrivals

To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests however, we can only do what we can with the time available.

Children

We strive to create a relaxed environment where guests can come and unwind. We kindly ask that you do not bring any children to your appointment. There are many sharp objects and chemicals housed at the salon that may prove harmful to unsuspecting children. Clients that being children to their appointment may be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Corrections

We guarantee all of our salon services, so long as only approved professional color and products are used. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service as described in the release form. Full color changes not established with release form will not be honored( example: going brunette after going blonde, wanting full highlights after receiving a partial, color corrections). Any self adjustments made at home to hair or color voids any guarantee.  Any corrections made will be at the client’s expense. 

Payment

Nu Spot accepts most forms of payments including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & cash for payment of services and products. Checks are not accepted from new clients. 

Returns/Refunds

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

Nu Spot proudly stands behind all of its products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

All Sales of hair brushes, combs, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) and extensions/wigs are final. No returns and no exchanges.

Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in their original packaging, for exchange only.

Color Formulas

All hair color formulas are the intellectual property of Nu Spot Salon & Day Spa.

Termination/access restriction

Nu Spot Salon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Wisconsin in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Nu Spot Salon as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Nu Spot Salon’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Nu Spot Salon right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Nu Spot Salon with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Nu Spot Salon with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Nu Spot Salon with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

Changes to Terms

Nu Spot Salon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Products, Services & www.nu-spot.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Nu Spot Salon encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
